On the ground aims to make arts directly accessible, easy and free of charge to communities that do not have the opportunity to participate in artistic and cultural activities, thus representing a first step on the path of these communities’ awareness of their cultural rights and the protection of these rights. The program offers grants ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 euros.
