“يا فجر لما تطل” هو الحفل الموسيقي الثاني لمدرسة العمل للأمل للموسيقى في لبنان، ويضم برنامج الحفل أغان ومقطوعات موسيقية من التراث الموسيقي والغنائي في سوريا والمشرق.

تهدف مدرسة العمل للأمل للموسيقى إلى اكتشاف وتدريب وتقديم المواهب الموسيقية بين السوريين النازحين إلى لبنان، آملين أن يؤدي ذلك إلى رفد الحياة الموسيقية في لبنان بمواهب جديدة، وإلى تشكيل فرق موسيقية صغيرة يمكنها أن تعمل بشكل احترافي. بدأت مدرسة الموسيقى ببرنامج اختباري لمدة أربعة شهور في أغسطس ٢٠١٥، وبعدها أطلقت المدرسة في ربيع 2016 وفق منهج نظامي في التعليم الموسيقي لمدة ستة ساعات اسبوعياً، حتى يتمكن الطلاب أيضاً من متابعة دراستهم في المدارس العادية.
تقبل مدرسة الموسيقى الطلاب الموهوبين موسيقياً من سن ١٠ إلى ١٨ سنة، من النازحين، أو من المجتمعات التي يعيشون فيها، ويدرسون النظريات الموسيقية وتاريخ الموسيقى ويختارون بين التخصص في العود أو البزق أو الأكورديون أو ألات الإيقاع الشرقي أو الغناء، كما يدرسون موضوعات أخرى مثل الثقافة العامة واللغة الانجليزية والمهارات الحياتية.
مدرسة الموسيقى هي أحد مشاريع مؤسسة العمل للأمل بالتعاون مع معهد غوته في لبنان وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية. المدرسة مدعومة ايضا من قبل: مؤسسة دون، مؤسسة فورد، مؤسسة المجتمع المفتوح، المؤسسة الثقافية ليانصيب البريد في السويد ومبادرة الأغاخان للموسيقي، وكذلك بالتعاون مع: مؤسسة نجدة ناو ونادي ناصر ببر الياس
“Come Dawn” is the second concert of Action for Hope Music School in Lebanon. It is the end of year concert for the students who age between 10 and 18 years old, and come from all parts of Syria. The concert program includes many songs and music pieces from the Syrian and Mashreq musical heritage.

Action for Hope music school aims at discovering, training and presenting music talents from among displaced Syrian communities in Lebanon. It is hoped that this form of regular music study will lead to enriching the music scene in Lebanon with new talents, and to forming small music ensembles that can work professionally. The music school was started as a pilot project in Lebanon in August 2015. Afterwards, the school was launched following a regular training programs for 6 hours/week; thus allowing students who go to regular schools and attend both educational programs.
The music school accepts musically talented children and youth between 10 and 18 years, from both refugee and host communities, who study music theory and history and will be given a choice between studying an instrument or studying singing. Students also study general cultural appreciation, life skills and English language.
The Music school is one of the programs of Action For Hope العمل للأملr , in cooperation with Goethe-Institut Libanon and with the support of Auswärtiges Amt (The German Foreign Office). Action for Hope Music School is also supported by: Stichting DOEN, Ford Foundation, Open Society Foundations, @Kultur Stiftelsen, and Aga Khan Music Initiative. The Music school is also in co-ordination with Najda Now International and Nasser Club Bar Elias
