تفتتح العمل للأمل مركزها الثقافي الأول في لبنان، في بلدة غزة في البقاع الغربي، يوم الأحد 4 كانون الأول (ديسمبر) 2016. سيضم المركز مكتبة للفنون والآداب، وقاعة للعروض السينمائية والفنية والندوات، ومدرسة للفيديو. يهدف المركز إلى تقديم الخدمات والأنشطة الثقافية للاجئين السوريين في منطقة البقاع الغربي وأهالي بلدة غزة والبلدات القريبة منها. يتم تأسيس المركز بدعم من وزارة الخارجية الألمانية ومؤسسة Kultur Stiftelsen السويدية، وبالتنسيق مع بلدية غزة.
Action for Hope will inauggurate its first cultural center in Lebanon, in the town of Ghazzeh in West Beqaa, on Sunday 4 December 2016. The center will include a library for arts and literature, a multi-purpose room for film screenings, small performances and discussions, and a video school. The center aims at providing Syrian refugees and the residents of the town of Ghazzeh and nearby towns with cultural services and activities. The center is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office and Kultur Stiftelsen from Sweden, and in coordination with the Ghazzeh municipality.
